Providers and parents packed a hearing room to testify about the problems parents are having trying to access child care due to the budget cuts to Working Connections.
Providers Marie Keller, Francis Edgemont, Dania Medina and parent Elizabeth Beamish all shared their stories about the importance of funding child care subsidies and the troubles they have seen first-hand as a result of the budgetary cuts and administrative changes to the program.
