After almost 14 hours of negotiations, the SEIU 925 UW Libraries and Press bargaining team reached a tentative agreement on a union contract. On Tuesday, the chapter voted by 94.2% to go on a one-day strike if they did not reach a deal. Members were preparing to hold the strike on May 14 but will now review the tentative agreement and vote on whether or not to ratify it.
